If unforeseeable events happen …
and you have to cancel your reservation, please inform us and we try our best to resell your booked room to minimize your cancellation fees. If we could not resell your room you will be charge cancellation fees based on the general cancellation periods- and terms of the German hotel industry (AGBH 2006)
